Hey, everyone! Today, I want to share with you the story of Julie of Roggeman Realty, a hardworking Realtor who is dedicated to her clients and their real estate goals, and how personal branding helped her take her business to the next level.
Years ago Julie was a recently divorced single mom navigating the home buying market without any background in real estate. Looking back she wishes that she had someone to guide her through the process. That was her motivation to become a Realtor and do just this for her clients.
She sees herself as more of a matchmaker than a salesperson when it comes to helping her clients find their new home. Julie also enjoys being on the other side of the process by helping homeowners list and sell their homes and strives to take the stress out of both the buying/selling process. Simply put, she believes that every property transaction is an opportunity to make dreams a reality, and she told me that she is honored to be a trusted partner in turning those dreams into keys.
When Julie reached out to me about scheduling a Realtor personal branding session, she knew that she needed to establish a strong and recognizable brand. She prides herself in offering an exceptional real estate experience and wanted brand photos that would help her stand out in a competitive market.
Together, we used my Personal Branding Client Guide and a Pinterest Board, with inspirational photos selected by Julie, to create a shot list that would showcase Julie's personality, style, and expertise as a real estate agent. Pre-planning is a huge component to a successful headshot and personal branding session and this is a process that I have streamlined for my clients. Julie stated that in her case it really helped her hone in on what she wanted for content.
During the session, we had a great time using a variety of locations and outfits that would capture Julie's unique brand. Most of my clients have no experience working professionally in front of the camera so I always ask my clients beforehand in they have any body parts they are self conscious about or anything that will help me ensure that they will love their final images. One of my specialties as a Phoenix personal branding photographer is guiding clients through flattering poses that make them look their very best and Julie told me that was super helpful for her!
As we took the photos we focused on her business goals and how she wanted to be perceived by potential clients. And after the session, we were both thrilled with the final results. We even ended up with some extra photos that Julie can use throughout the year for various holidays. This will make posting and marketing so much easier for her.
Now, Julie has a collection of images that she can use across all of her marketing channels to establish herself as a trusted and professional real estate agent. And her brand is resonating with her target audience, helping her to grow her business and achieve her goals. She has some advice for anyone considering a personal branding session, “DO IT! I love my branding images! Thank you, Rena!”
If you're a business owner or entrepreneur, I highly recommend scheduling a personal brand session. It's a great way to showcase your unique brand, connect with your audience, and stand out in a crowded market. Plus, it's a lot of fun!
If you're interested in scheduling your own personal branding session, feel free to reach out to me. I'd love to chat with you about how we can work together to create a personalized collection of images that will help you take your business to the next level.
